The all new Fareast 37R combines the best of both Worlds in an affordable package; a highly competitive raceboat and a comfortable, superfast cruiser for the family.

This design is the culmination of a gradual evolution in sailing, as modern sailors now accept high speed sailing in both race and cruising yachts.

FarEast Boats has been at the forefront of high performance building, for the last fifteen years and have introduced this boat to their portfolio, for those who like to combine competitive racing with family cruising.

Overall weight has been kept to an absolute minimum and at 4,400 Kgs, the boat is the lightest in its class. The high performance carbon keel fin accommodates a slim 1600kg lead torpedo bulb, a set up only seen on high end racing boats. The 37R easily delivers double digit performance, due to the boat’s low wetted surface area and flat aft sections, widened by the soft chine, which provide a stable planing platform. Set the large masthead asymmetric spinnaker on the long carbon bowsprit and the boat will achieve speeds significantly in excess of 20+ knots, although it might be advisable to use the fractional asymmetric with the family.

All parts are vacuum infused from aluminium moulds. Production is supported by a large number of CNC machines, moulds, foam, laminate and many parts are cut with ultra-high accuracy using laser cutting technology. This is a more expensive production method, but delivers the precision, finish and quality, that FarEast Boats stand for.

Down below, the vessel is extremely spacious, with standing headroom. The boat sleeps six, with 2 double cabins, a spacious saloon and dining table, large heads and plenty of storage space. These contemporary interior features are set off, with light colours, stylish backlighting and detailed inlays, in carbon and stainless steel.

The 37R comes with either tiller or twin wheel steering and further options include a square top main and carbon rig.
